Refund Policy

We stand behind our products with a 365-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any product you purchased from better-life-now.com, you may request a full refund.

1. The guarantee

• You have 365 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on any product or add-on.
• Refunds are for 100% of the amount paid for the item(s) you ask to refund.
• No need to explain why — your satisfaction is what matters.

2. How to request a refund

Email contact@better-life-now.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject line “Refund request”. Include your name and, if possible, your order ID (in your confirmation email). We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days. The original charge and the refund both appear as “Better Life Now” on your statement.

4. Multiple items

If your order included several products (for example a main product plus optional add-ons), you may request a refund for any or all of them. Each item is refunded individually.

5. Chargebacks

Because our refund process is fast and unconditional, we ask that you contact us first rather than filing a chargeback with your bank. We will always honor a valid refund request directly.
